Robinson Wedding | February 18th, 2017 | Canton, Il

Maranda & Marq were planning an outdoor winter wedding and got a sixty-five degree sunny wedding in the middle of February in Central Illinois. Still made for a wonderful sunset ceremony, happy comfortable guests, and beautiful photos along the small lake behind Big Rack’s Steakhouse in Canton, Il where their reception followed inside.

This was a non-traditional wedding at it’s best and loved how they incorporated their loved ones in their “Inner Circle” that surrounded them with candles plus guests lined the aisle as they watched Maranda & Marq make it official.

Maranda wore a Lily V Designs original non-traditional bridal gown that gave the perfect vibe to their intimate personalized ceremony. Marq & Maranda’s four daughters proceeded Maranda being escorted by her two sons up the aisle before they handed her off to Marq.

Within minutes they were saying “I Do” and sealing their vows with a kiss. We quickly moved into their “Inner Circle” & Family portraits racing the light, followed by their amazing dusk newly wed photos on the lake. There was an awesome little bridge, a wooden deck on the water and beautiful ba
re branched tree silhouettes against a warm, winter sunset painted sky as the perfect backdrop to complete their photos.

The reception started with their first dance accompanied by a live pianist and performer to “Amazed” by Lonestar. A quick humorous toast by Marq’s brother and loverly toast from Maranda’s Best Friend, then onto an appetizer dinner filled with a variety of favorites.
